BNSN Founders Phase 1 User Agreement

As an original Founder member of BNSN, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of my $497 membership. I will check each box to agree with each of the following conditions:

I understand that I purchased BNSN with the understanding that I was to use my own API Key from my own Open AI account. This would have billed my Open AI account for all tokens used by BNSN. However, I understand that Jon Benson, founder of BNSN, has decided to gift me 30 days of access without my API key for being part of the Founders Phase 1 Beta Test Group. That means I will not be charged anything additional for copy generated by BNSN for at least 30 days, if not longer.

For this privilege, I agree to report my usage experience to the team at BNSN, and understand that I may get the occasional error message if there is heavy traffic. I understand that the dev team at BNSN will use these reports (best made by Loom videos or screen captures) to minimize or eliminate these errors.

I understand that this is a price test, and that BNSN will enter the market with a radically different pricing model. I understand that I will still pay less than all other users, even if BNSN has to go to a monthly AI fee after this initial 30 day testing period.

I understand that the tentative pricing for BNSN will be $19/month for access, with projects and blueprints being billed on an as-needed basis, with possible specials for a free blueprint and/or single project for month one membership. From there, the minimum project price will be a package of 3 projects (email campaigns, sales letters, clones, etc.) for $199. This price may be raised or lowered depending on testing. 10 projects will be $499, and 30 projects $999, with Enterprise pricing available. Blueprints will be priced at $499, 3 for $999, 10 for $1,999, and Enterprise pricing available. Our goal is to have your $497 investment cover as much of this as possible for unlimited single-member usage (agency usage is not included), with a possible need to add a small monthly payment if usage demands it. I am okay with being flexible with price increases so long as I pay less than standard billing as promised to Founders.

I understand the nature of “Beta”. That means that some of the UI niceties and higher-level features will be absent. There will be AI errors (some unavoidable due to the nature of AI, others avoidable if reported to BNSN tech.) Not all generated copy will be perfect the first time through. I am fine with this and more given the stellar deal I received for access, as well as the already advanced quality of output BNSN offers.
